เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ 3BB WeTV VIP

• บริการ3BB WeTV VIP เป็นแพ็กเกจบริการเสริมรายเดือนที่ WeTV ผู้ให้บริการสตรีมมิ่งคอนเทนต์ร่วมแคมเปญกับ 3BB ผู้ให้บริการบรอดแบนด์อินเทอร์เน็ต ซึ่งสงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะลูกค้าที่จดทะเบียนกับ 3BB ในรูปแบบบุคคลธรรมดา และอยู่ในพื้นที่ที่มีโครงข่ายการให้บริการของ 3BB เท่านั้น
  • ลูกค้าสามารถสมัครแพ็กเกจผ่านช่องทาง 3BB Member Application ได้เท่านั้น
  • การสมัครแพ็กเกจ 3BB WeTV VIP ของลูกค้าจะเสร็จสมบูรณ์เมื่อผูกบัญชี 3BB VIP กับ WeTV ตามขั้นตอนภายใน 7 วัน นับแต่วันที่ลูกค้ากดสมัครแพ็กเกจ 3BB WeTV VIP ผ่านแอป 3BB Member หากลูกค้าไม่ได้ทำรายการภายในเวลาที่กำหนด การสมัครครั้งนั้นๆ ถือว่ายกเลิก ลูกค้าสามารถกดสมัครอีกครั้งได้ โดยรายละเอียดแพ็กเกจขึ้นอยู่กับแพ็กเกจที่มีจำหน่าย ณ วันที่ลูกค้าสมัครใช้บริการอีกครั้ง
  • ลูกค้าที่สมัครใช้บริการตั้งแต่ 16 เม.ย. 2565 เป็นต้นไป คิดอัตราค่าบริการรายเดือน 129 บาท ซึ่งเป็นอัตราที่ได้รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว และไม่รวมค่าบริการอินเตอร์เน็ต
  • กรณีลูกค้าต้องการยกเลิกการใช้บริการ 3BB WeTV VIP ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งความประสงค์ล่วงหน้า ก่อนถึงวันครบรอบการใช้บริการรอบนั้นๆ อย่างน้อย 5 วัน หากลูกค้าแจ้งหลังจากนั้น ผลการยกเลิกการใช้บริการดังกล่าวจะมีผลยกเลิกในรอบการใช้บริการถัดไป
  • ในกรณีที่มีการยกเลิกการใช้บริการ 3BB WeTV VIP ก่อนวันที่ 31 ธ.ค. 2565 ลูกค้าสามารถกลับมาสมัครใช้บริการอีกครั้งได้ โดยอัตราค่าบริการขึ้นอยู่กับราคาแพ็กเกจที่มีจำหน่าย ณ วันที่ลูกค้าสมัครใช้บริการอีกครั้ง
  • กรณีลูกค้ามีแพ็กเกจรายเดือน WeTV VIP อยู่แล้ว ไม่สามารถสมัครแพ็กเกจเสริมซ้ำได้
  • กรณีลูกค้ายกเลิกบริการอินเทอร์เน็ต บริการ 3BB WETV VIP ถือว่าสิ้นสุด และกรณีที่ลูกค้าขอระงับใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตชั่วคราว บริการ 3BB WETV VIP จะถือว่าสิ้นสุดและลูกค้าสามารถกลับมาสมัครใช้บริการได้อีกครั้งเมื่อกลับมาใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ต
  • ส่วนลดที่ได้รับจากการสมัครบริการเสริมนี้ ไม่สามารถแลก หรือ เปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นเงินสด หรือ ส่วนลดอื่นๆได้
  • บริการ 3BB WeTV VIP นี้ มีไว้สำหรับการใช้งานปกติ ไม่ให้ใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์และ/หรือมีผลกระทบต่อผู้อื่น
  • รับชมบริการ 3BB WeTV VIP ผ่านทางแอป WeTV และ/หรือผ่านกล่อง 3BB GIGATV BOX โดยสามารถรับชมภายในประเทศเท่านั้น และรองรับการรับชม 2 อุปกรณ์ในช่วงเวลาเดียวกันต่อ 1 บัญชี (ลูกค้าสามารถดาว์นโหลดแอป WeTV ได้ฟรีจาก Google Play Store และ App Store โดยแอปรองรับระบบปฏิบัติการ Andriod 4.4 และ iOS 9 ขึ้นไป)
  • บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือ ยกเลิกรายละเอียดโปรโมชั่นโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
  • รายละเอียดรายการรับชมคอนเทนต์สำหรับบริการ 3BB WeTV VIP และเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ เป็นไปตามที่ WeTV กำหนด
  • บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบกรณีมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอัตราค่าบริการรายเดือน การเพิ่มหรือลดคอนเทนต์ใดๆ ทั้งในปัจจุบัน และอนาคต และข้อจำกัดในการให้บริการในกรณีล่าช้า เหตุเสีย เหตุขัดข้องใดๆ อันเนื่องมาจากบริการ ของ WeTV ซึ่งเป็นผู้ให้บริการสตรีมมิ่งคอนเทนต์ดังกล่าว 

3BB/WeTV VIP Terms of Service

• 3BB /WeTV VIP is a monthly add-on package that WeTV, a content streaming provider joins campaigns with 3BB, an Internet broadband provider, which is reserved only for customers who are registered with 3BB as individuals and are in areas with a 3BB network.
  • Customers can only sign up for the package via the 3BB Member app .
  • The 3BB WeTV VIP package subscription will be completed when the customers bind 3BB account with WeTV VIP within 7 days from the date the customer subscribes package through the 3BB Member app, within the specified time that application will be considered cancelled. However, customers can re-subscribe and the service fee depends on the package price available on the day the customer re-subscribes.
  • Customers who subscribe from 16 April 2022 onwards, the service fee will be charge at 129 Bath per month. The service fee is inclusive of VAT and does not include the internet service fee.
• In the event that the customer wants to terminate the 3BB WeTV VIP Package, the customer must request in advance at least 5 days before the last day in the WeTV cycle, if the customer notifies after that the result of termination will be effective in the next cycle.
  • In the event that the 3BB WeTV VIP service is cancelled before 31 December 2022, customers can re-subscribe. However, the service fee depends on the package price available on the day the customer re-subscribes.
  • If the customer already has WeTV VIP monthly package, customer will not able to re-subscribe to the add-on package.
  • In the event that the customer’s internet service is cancelled or suspended, the 3BB WeTV VIP service is considered terminated.
  • Discounts received from applying for this add-on cannot be changed or exchanged for cash or other discounts.
  • This 3BB /WeTV VIP package is intended for normal use. Do not use commercially and/or affect others.
  • Customers can view via WeTV app and/or via 3BB GIGATV Box which can only be viewed locally and supports viewing of 2 devices in the same period per account. (Customers can download the WeTV app for free from the Google Play Store and App Store, with the app supporting Andriod 4.4 and iOS 9 or later.)
  • The company reserves the right to amend, change or cancel the promotion details without prior notice.
  • Details of content viewing for 3BB/ WeTV VIP and other conditions are as specified by WeTV.
  • The company reserves the right not to be responsible for any changes; monthly fee, increasing or decreasing any content, both current and future, and restrictions on the service in case of delay, or any disruptions caused by the services of WeTV; the content streaming provider.
