• บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตสำหรับธุรกิจ ที่ออกแบบให้มีคุณภาพและมีความปลอดภัยสูง
• อัตราค่าบริการรายเดือน เป็นอัตราที่ยังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
• รับฟรี ส่วนลดค่าติดตั้ง มูลค่า 4,800 บาท เมื่อใช้บริการแพ็กเกจ 3BB SME ต่อเนื่องครบ 24 รอบบิล นับแต่วันติดตั้ง หากการใช้บริการสิ้นสุดก่อนครบ 24 รอบบิล บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์เรียกเก็บ ค่าติดตั้งคืนในอัตราที่ได้มีการหักลดลง ตามสัดส่วนที่ได้ใช้บริการไปก่อนแล้ว (พร้อมคืนอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดให้ทางบริษัท)
• เมื่อใช้บริการแพ็กเกจนี้แล้ว ลูกค้าไม่สามารถย้ายจุดติดตั้งได้ ตลอดสัญญาการใช้งาน
• ลูกค้าต้องชำระค่าธรรมเนียมแรกเข้า 1,000 บาท สำหรับแพ็กเกจ 3BB SME Premium
• กรณีลูกค้าปัจจุบันที่เปลี่ยนมาใช้แพ็กเกจนี้ และได้รับการเปลี่ยนหรือเพิ่มอุปกรณ์ใหม่ จะต้องเปลี่ยนระยะเวลาใช้บริการเดิมเป็นอย่างน้อย 24 รอบบิล ตามแพ็กเกจนี้ พร้อมรับส่วนลดค่าติดตั้ง มูลค่า 4,800 บาท นับแต่วันติดตั้งตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของแพ็กเกจ
• ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นแพ็กเกจซึ่งมีความเร็ว (Speed) น้อยลง ตลอดระยะเวลาการใช้บริการ 24 รอบบิล
• ลูกค้าได้รับสิทธิ์บริการเสริม IP, Secure Net ทุกแพ็กเกจ และรับสิทธิ์เพิ่ม บริการเสริม Traffic Monitoring สำหรับแพ็กเกจ 3BB SME Premium
• รับสิทธิ์ยืมใช้อุปกรณ์
  • แพ็กเกจ 3BB SME Start up, 3BB SME Start up plus จำนวนรวม 2 เครื่อง มูลค่ารวม 4,400 บาท
  • แพ็กเกจ 3BB SME Premium จำนวนรวม 2 เครื่อง มูลค่ารวม 13,300 บาท

 

Terms and Conditions :

• The internet service for business that designed specifically to provide high quality and high security connectivity.
• The monthly service fees are VAT-exclusive.
• The installation and wiring fee of THB 4,800 is payable in the first monthly cycle. Alternatively, the THB 4,800 installation and wiring fee will be discounted should a customer use the Home FibreLAN package for 24 consecutive billing cycles, counted from the installation date. Should the service be terminated for any reason before 24 billing cycles, the customer is liable for payment of fines, which will be calculated from the length of services provided.
• Once this package has been initiated, the customer may not relocate the point of installation throughout the contract period.
• The activation fee of THB 1,000 will be incurred for 3BB SME Premium Package.
• Existing 3BB customers who wish to switch over to this package and require a replacement for the existing equipment or additional equipment will be required to enter upon a 24-month billing cycle service in accordance with the terms and conditions of this package. Yet, a THB 5,000 discount on the initial set-up and wiring fee, which will be initiated from the installation date, will be offered.
• Customers cannot change to a lower speed internet package during the period of 24 billing cycles.
• Special Services for this package consist of Public/Fixed IP (depend on package) and Secure Net. For Traffic Monitoring service especially for the 3BB SME Premium package only
• The privileges for the customers to borrow additional equipment are detailed below:
  • 3BB SME Start up, 3BB SME Start up plus: Get 2 units worth THB 4,400 totally.
  • 3BB SME Premium: Get 2 units worth THB 13,300 totally.

สำหรับลูกค้าสมัครหักชำระค่าบริการรายเดือนอัตโนมัติ (Direct Debit) รายใหม่เท่านั้น

- เมื่อสมัครหักชำระค่าบริการรายเดือนอัตโนมัติผ่านบัญชีธนาคาร/บัตรเครดิต รับ 3BB Point 100 พอยต์ ต่อ 1 รหัสบัญชีลูกค้า เมื่อสมัครผ่านช่องทาง 3BB Shop ทุกสาขา หรือธนาคารผู้ออกบัตร
- ลูกค้าจะได้รับ 3BB Point 100 พอยต์ หลังจากที่ได้รับการอนุมัติหักชาระค่าบริการรายเดือนอัตโนมัติ

เงื่อนไขการให้บริการเสริม Subscription ช่องรายการ Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus

1. บริการ Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus เป็นบริการช่องรายการตามคำสั่งซื้อนอกเหนือจากรายการปกติ (A La Carte) แบบมีค่าบริการรายเดือน ให้บริการโดย บริษัท จีซีที มีเดีย จำกัด (GCT)

1.1 ค่าบริการรายเดือนปกติ 199 บาท ราคายังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม โดยจะเริ่มคิดค่าบริการเมื่อได้สมัครใช้บริการ Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus ผ่านช่องทางที่กำหนดเรียบร้อยแล้ว และจะคิดค่าบริการรายเดือนปกติแบบต่อเนื่องจนกว่าจะมีการแจ้งยกเลิกบริการ กรณีจัดให้มีโปรโมชั่นค่าบริการรายเดือน ในช่วงที่จัดให้มีโปรโมชั่นจะคิดค่าบริการรายเดือนตามสัดส่วนตามระยะเวลาโปรโมชั่นนั้น เมื่อครบระยะเวลาโปรโมชั่นแล้วจะคิดค่าบริการรายเดือนในอัตราปกติ

1.2 ค่าบริการรายเดือนช่วงโปรโมชั่นพิเศษ 99 บาท ราคายังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม สำหรับระยะเวลาลูกค้าที่สมัครภายในวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2567 ถึงวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2567 จะได้รับสิทธิราคา 99 บาท ราคายังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และเมื่อครบกำหนดระยะเวลารับสิทธิดังกล่าวแล้วจะคิดค่าบริการรายเดือนปกติ      ทั้งนี้ ในระหว่างระยะเวลารับสิทธิดังกล่าวหากมีการระงับการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตและแพ็กเกจ 3BB GIGATV เป็นการชั่วคราว สิทธิในการรับชมบริการ Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus ย่อมถูกระงับด้วย โดยลูกค้าตกลงชำระค่าบริการรายเดือนช่วงโปรโมชั่นพิเศษสำหรับบริการ Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus ในอัตรา 99 บาท ราคายังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม เมื่อระยะเวลาการระงับการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตและแพ็กเกจ 3BB GIGATV เป็นการชั่วคราวสิ้นสุดลง และเมื่อครบกำหนดระยะเวลารับสิทธิดังกล่าวแล้วจะคิดค่าบริการรายเดือนปกติ

1.3 ช่องทางการสมัครใช้บริการผ่านกล่อง 3BB GIGATV BOX หรือแอปพลิเคชัน 3BB GIGATV ส่วนกรณีการยกเลิกบริการสามารถดำเนินการผ่านช่องทางที่สมัครใช้บริการเช่นกัน โดยบอกกล่าวเป็นหนังสือล่วงหน้าก่อนวันครบรอบระยะเวลาการใช้บริการแต่ละรอบบิล และสามารถรับชมบริการ Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus ได้จนถึงวันครบรอบระยะเวลาการใช้บริการนั้นๆ

1.4 ในการสมัครรับชมบริการ Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus นี้ถือว่าลูกค้าหรือผู้ใช้บริการตกลงและยินยอมการใช้บริการ Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus ตามเงื่อนไขและนโยบายอื่น ๆ ของ GCT ด้วย

1.5  บริษัท ทรี บีบี ทีวี จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ“) จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหาย สูญหาย หรือค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ไม่ว่าจะโดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อมที่เป็นผลหรือสืบเนื่องมาจากบริการ Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus หรือที่เกิดจากกรณีมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง เพิ่มหรือลด หรือปรับเปลี่ยนคอนเทนต์หรือกระบวนการใดๆ ทั้งในปัจจุบัน และอนาคตของบริการ Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus รวมถึงข้อจำกัดในการให้บริการในกรณีล่าช้า เหตุเสีย เหตุขัดข้องใดๆ อันเนื่องมาจากบริการ Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus ซึ่ง GCT เป็นผู้ให้บริการสตรีมมิ่งคอนเทนต์ดังกล่าว

2. ค่าบริการรายเดือน ไม่รวมกับค่าบริการแพคเกจ 3BB GIGATV
3. สงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะลูกค้าที่ใช้บริการแพคเกจ 3BB GIGATV ตามที่กำหนดเท่านั้น
4. สิทธิที่ที่ได้รับจากการสมัครบริการเสริมนี้ ไม่สามารถแลกหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นเงินสดหรือส่วนลดอื่นๆได้
5. ช่องทางการรับชมผ่านทางแอปพลิเคชัน 3BB GIGATV และผ่านกล่อง 3BB GIGATV BOX จำกัดสำหรับการใช้งานภายในประเทศเท่านั้นและสำหรับการใช้งานปกติ ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์หรือการใช้งานใด ๆ ที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อผู้ใช้บริการรายอื่น
6. รองรับการรับชม 2 อุปกรณ์ในช่วงเวลาเดียวกันต่อ 1 บัญชี
7. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิกรายละเอียดโปรโมชั่นโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนค่าบริการที่ได้ชำระแล้วทุกกรณี

1. Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus is subscription channel service with monthly fee in addition to regular programs (A La Carte) provided by GCT Media Co., Ltd. (GCT)

1.1 The regular monthly fee of 199 baht (excluded VAT) will be charged once you have successfully subscribed to Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus through the designated channels and will be charged a regular monthly fee continuously until the cancellation notice. In case of providing monthly promotions, during the promotion period, the monthly fee will be charged proportionally according to the promotion period. At the end of the promotion period, the monthly fee will be charged at the regular rate.

1.2 Special Promotion Monthly fee 99 baht (excluded VAT) for subscription period between 01 January 2024 to 30 June 2024. Customers on this case are entitled to get the Special Promotion Monthly fee 99 baht (excluded VAT). After the end of such period of Special Promotion Monthly fee, the regular monthly fee will be charged. During the said promotion period, in case the temporarily suspension for using the internet and 3BB GIGATV package service occurs, the customer accepts and agrees that the right to view the Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus service is also subject to suspension and the customer agrees to pay a Special Promotion Monthly fee 99 baht (excluded VAT) upon the temporary suspension period for using the internet and 3BB GIGATV package is over. At the end of the promotion period, the monthly fee will be charged at the regular rate.

1.3 Subscription channels via 3BB GIGATV BOX or 3BB GIGATV application. In case of cancellations, customer can process through the subscription channel by giving a written notice in advance before the end date of the service period of each billing cycle and Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus can be viewed until the end date of such billing cycle.

1.4 By applying for viewing the service of Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus, it shall be deemed that the customers or the users agree and consent for using the service of Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus in accordance with other GCT terms and policies.

1.5 Three BB TV Co., Ltd. (“Company”) shall not be responsible for any damage, loss or expense whether directly or indirectly arising from or as a result of the service of Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus or arising from the event of a change, increase, decrease or modify any content or processes in the present and future of Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus services, including the restrictions on the service in case of delay or any disruptions caused by Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus which GCT is the content streaming service provider.

 

2. Next Step Premium Pack is subscription channel service with monthly fee in addition to regular programs (A La Carte) provided by Next Step Co., Ltd. (NextStep)

2.1 The regular monthly fee of 99 baht (excluded VAT) will be charged once you have successfully subscribed to Next Step Premium Pack through the designated channels and will be charged a regular monthly fee continuously until the cancellation notice. In case of providing monthly promotions, during the promotion period, the monthly fee will be charged proportionally according to the promotion period. At the end of the promotion period, the monthly fee will be charged at the regular rate.

2.2 Special Promotion Monthly fee 69 baht (excluded VAT) for subscription period between 15 January 2024 to 31 April 2024. Customers on this case are entitled to get the Special Promotion Monthly fee 69 baht (excluded VAT) After the end of such period of Special Promotion Monthly fee, the regular monthly fee will be charged. During the said promotion period, in case the temporarily suspension for using the internet and 3BB GIGATV package service occurs, the customer accepts and agrees that the right to view the Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus service is also subject to suspension and the customer agrees to pay a Special Promotion Monthly fee 69 baht (excluded VAT) upon the temporary suspension period for using the internet and 3BB GIGATV package is over. At the end of the promotion period, the monthly fee will be charged at the regular rate.

2.3 Subscription channels via 3BB GIGATV BOX or 3BB GIGATV application. In case of cancellations, customer can process through the subscription channel by giving a written notice in advance before the end date of the service period of each billing cycle and Next Step Premium Pack can be viewed until the end date of such billing cycle.

2.4 By applying for viewing the service of Next Step Premium Pack, it shall be deemed that the customers or the users agree and consent for using the service of Next Step Premium Pack in accordance with other NextStep terms and policies.

2.5 Three BB TV Co., Ltd. (“Company”) shall not be responsible for any damage, loss or expense whether directly or indirectly arising from or as a result of the service of Next Step Premium Pack or arising from the event of a change, increase, decrease or modify any content or processes in the present and future of Next Step Premium Pack services, including the restrictions on the service in case of delay or any disruptions caused by Next Step Premium Pack which Next Step is the content streaming service provider.

 

3. Monthly fee is not included with 3BB GIGATV package fee.
4. Reserved for customers who use 3BB GIGATV package as specified only.
5. The right granted by applying for this add-on service cannot be exchanged or changed for cash or other discounts.
6. Viewing Golf Channel Thailand HD Plus via 3BB GIGATV application and through 3BB GIGATV BOX are limited for domestic use and for normal use only. Commercial use or any use that may affect other users of the service is not allowed.
7. Supports 2 devices concurrently per account.
8. The Company reserves the right to amend, change or cancel the promotion details without prior notice, and reserves the right not to refund the service fee that has been paid in all cases.

เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ 3BB WeTV VIP

• บริการ3BB WeTV VIP เป็นแพ็กเกจบริการเสริมรายเดือนที่ WeTV ผู้ให้บริการสตรีมมิ่งคอนเทนต์ร่วมแคมเปญกับ 3BB ผู้ให้บริการบรอดแบนด์อินเทอร์เน็ต ซึ่งสงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะลูกค้าที่จดทะเบียนกับ 3BB ในรูปแบบบุคคลธรรมดา และอยู่ในพื้นที่ที่มีโครงข่ายการให้บริการของ 3BB เท่านั้น
  • ลูกค้าสามารถสมัครแพ็กเกจผ่านแอป 3BB Member เท่านั้น
  • การสมัครแพ็กเกจ 3BB WeTV VIP ของลูกค้าจะเสร็จสมบูรณ์เมื่อผูกบัญชี 3BB VIP กับ WeTV ตามขั้นตอนภายใน 7 วัน นับแต่วันที่ลูกค้ากดสมัครแพ็กเกจ 3BB WeTV VIP ผ่านแอป 3BB Member หากลูกค้าไม่ได้ทำรายการภายในเวลาที่กำหนด การสมัครครั้งนั้นๆ ถือว่ายกเลิก ลูกค้าสามารถกดสมัครอีกครั้งได้ โดยรายละเอียดแพ็กเกจขึ้นอยู่กับแพ็กเกจที่มีจำหน่าย ณ วันที่ลูกค้าสมัครใช้บริการอีกครั้ง
  • ลูกค้าที่สมัครใช้บริการตั้งแต่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2566  คิดอัตราค่าบริการรายเดือน 129 บาท ซึ่งเป็นอัตราที่ได้รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว และไม่รวมค่าบริการอินเทอร์เน็ต
  • กรณีลูกค้าต้องการยกเลิกการใช้บริการ 3BB WeTV VIP ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งความประสงค์ล่วงหน้า ก่อนถึงวันครบรอบการใช้บริการรอบนั้นๆ อย่างน้อย 5 วัน หากลูกค้าแจ้งหลังจากนั้น ผลการยกเลิกการใช้บริการดังกล่าวจะมีผลยกเลิกในรอบการใช้บริการถัดไป
  • กรณีลูกค้ายกเลิกบริการอินเทอร์เน็ต บริการ 3BB WETV VIP ถือว่าสิ้นสุด และกรณีที่ลูกค้าขอระงับใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตชั่วคราว บริการ 3BB WETV VIP จะถือว่าสิ้นสุดและลูกค้าสามารถกลับมาสมัครใช้บริการได้อีกครั้งเมื่อกลับมาใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ต
  • บริการ 3BB WeTV VIP นี้ มีไว้สำหรับการใช้งานปกติ ไม่ให้ใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์และ/หรือมีผลกระทบต่อผู้อื่น
  • รับชมบริการ 3BB WeTV VIP ผ่านทางแอป WeTV และ/หรือผ่านกล่อง 3BB GIGATV BOX โดยสามารถรับชมภายในประเทศเท่านั้น และรองรับการรับชม 2 อุปกรณ์ในช่วงเวลาเดียวกันต่อ 1 บัญชี (ลูกค้าสามารถดาว์นโหลดแอป WeTV ได้ฟรีจาก Google Play Store และ App Store โดยแอปรองรับระบบปฏิบัติการ Android 4.4 และ iOS 9 ขึ้นไป)
  • บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือ ยกเลิกรายละเอียดส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งของเงื่อนไขบริการโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
  • รายละเอียดรายการรับชมคอนเทนต์สำหรับบริการ 3BB WeTV VIP และเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ เป็นไปตามที่ WeTV กำหนด
  • บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบกรณีมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอัตราค่าบริการรายเดือน การเปลี่ยนแปลง เพิ่มหรือลดคอนเทนต์ใดๆ ทั้งในปัจจุบัน และอนาคต และข้อจำกัดในการให้บริการในกรณีล่าช้า เหตุเสีย เหตุขัดข้องใดๆ อันเนื่องมาจากบริการ ของ WeTV ซึ่งเป็นผู้ให้บริการสตรีมมิ่งคอนเทนต์ดังกล่าว 

3BB/WeTV VIP Terms of Service

• 3BB /WeTV VIP is a monthly add-on package that WeTV, a content streaming provider joins campaigns with 3BB, an Internet broadband provider, which is reserved only for customers who are registered with 3BB as individuals and are in areas with a 3BB network.
  • Customers can only sign up for the package via the 3BB Member app.
  • The 3BB WeTV VIP package subscription will be completed when the customers bind 3BB account with WeTV VIP within 7 days from the date the customer subscribes package through the 3BB Member app, within the specified time that application will be considered cancelled. However, customers can re-subscribe and the service fee depends on the package price available on the day the customer re-subscribes.
  • Customers who subscribe from 1 May 2023, the service fee will be charged at 129 Baht per month. The service fee is inclusive of VAT but does not include the internet service fee.
  • In the event that the customer wants to cancel 3BB WeTV VIP Package, the customer must request in advance at least 5 days before the last day in the WeTV cycle, if the customer notifies after that the result of termination will be effective in the next cycle.
  • In the event that the customer’s internet service is terminated or suspended , the 3BB WeTV VIP service is considered terminated.
  • Discounts received from applying for this add-on cannot be changed or exchanged for cash or other discounts.
  • This 3BB WeTV VIP package is intended for normal use. Do not use commercially and/or affect others.
  • Customers can view via WeTV app and/or via 3BB GIGATV Box which can only be viewed locally and supports viewing of 2 devices in the same period per account. (Customers can download the WeTV app for free from the Google Play Store and App Store, with the app supporting Android 4.4 and iOS 9 or later.)
  • The company reserves the right to amend, change or cancel any part of terms of service without prior notice.
  • Details of content viewing for 3BB/ WeTV VIP and other conditions are as specified by WeTV.
  • The company reserves the right not to be responsible for any changes; change of monthly service fee, increasing or decreasing any content, both current and future, and restrictions on the service in case of delay, or any disruptions caused by the services of WeTV; the content streaming provider.

บริการ My Cashback (บริการเครดิตเงินคืน) เป็นบริการที่ให้บริการโดยบริษัท อินไซต์ มีเดีย จำกัด / Insite Media Co., Ltd. (“MyCashback”) โดย MyCashback มอบสิทธิพิเศษให้แก่ลูกค้า 3BB

- สิทธิพิเศษเฉพาะลูกค้า 3BB โดยรับสิทธิ์ใช้บริการผ่านช่องทาง 3BB Member Application เท่านั้น

- ลูกค้า 3BB ใช้ 100 พอยต์ แลกรับเครดิตเงินคืนเข้าในกระเป๋าเงินของลูกค้าที่ผูกไว้กับบัญชีบริการ My Cashback มูลค่า 140 บาท โดยจำกัด 1 รหัสลูกค้า ใช้สิทธิได้เพียงครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น

 

- ผู้ที่ต้องการเข้าถึงการใช้งานสำหรับซื้อสินค้าผ่านบริการ My Cashback มีข้อกำหนดดังนี้

1. สมาชิกมีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 18 ปีบริบูรณ์
2. สมาชิกจะต้องซื้อสินค้ากับร้านค้าพันธมิตรผ่านบริการนี้เท่านั้น
3. สมาชิกจะต้องทำการเพิ่มสินค้าลงในตระกร้า
4. สมาชิกจะต้องทำการชำระเงินให้เสร็จสมบูรณ์
5. สมาชิกต้องมีถิ่นพำนักในประเทศไทย

- การรับเงินคืน

1. ทุกการสั่งซื้อจะต้องได้รับการอนุมัติจากทางเจ้าของแพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซ
2. สมาชิกที่ได้รับสิทธิ์รับเงินคืนใน 1 วัน จะสามารถสะสมเงินในกระเป๋าเงิน และสามารถถอนเงินได้ทันทีเมื่อครบจำนวนขั้นต่ำที่ระบบกำหนด และหากมีรายการที่ไม่ได้รับการอนุมัติจากทางเจ้าของแพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซ ระบบจะหักเงินจำนวนดังกล่าวกลับคืนสู่ระบบ และยอดเงินในกระเป๋าเงินของสมาชิกจะติดลบได้ และบัญชีสมาชิกจะถูกระงับชั่วคราว
3. สมาชิกที่ไม่ได้รับสิทธิ์รับเงินคืนใน 1 วัน จะสามารถรับเงินคืนได้ก็ต่อเมื่อเจ้าของแพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซยืนยันรายการแล้วเท่านั้น ระยะเวลายืนยันรายการจากเจ้าของแพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซประมาณ 120 วัน

- การถอนเงิน

1. สามารถถอนเงินทั้งหมด จากกระเป๋าเงินที่สมาชิกสะสม เมื่อครบจำนวนขั้นต่ำที่กำหนด 150 บาท

1. สามารถถอนเงินจากกระเป๋าเงินที่สมาชิกสะสมไปยังบัญชีธนาคารที่สมาชิกกำหนดได้เอง โดยเงินคืนนี้เป็นความรับผิดชอบของ MyCashback แต่เพียงผู้เดียวเป็นผู้โอนคืนให้แก่สมาชิก
2. ค่าธรรมเนียมในการถอนเงินคืนเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดของธนาคารที่สมาชิกเป็นผู้กำหนด บริษัทฯ จะ
   ไม่รับผิดชอบในค่าธรรมเนียมที่เกิดขึ้นจากรายการถอนเงิน

4. สมาชิกจะได้รับเงินคืน หลังจากรายการถอนเงินของสมาชิกได้รับการอนุมัติจาก MyCashback แล้วภายใน 7 วันทำการ

- การระงับการใช้บริการเมื่อทำผิดข้อกำหนด

1. สมาชิกมีกระเป๋าเงินติดลบ
2. โดยดุลพินิจของ MyCashback แล้วเห็นว่า สมาชิกมีการยกเลิกการสั่งซื้อสินค้าบ่อยครั้ง
3. สมาชิกมีเจตนาฉ้อโกง หรือ ไม่ประสงค์ดีต่อระบบ

 

- เงื่อนไขอื่นๆ

1. รายการเงินคืนเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขของเจ้าของแพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซของแต่ละร้านค้า สามารถตรวจสอบข้อกำหนดต่างๆ ของร้านค้าได้ตามแพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซของแต่ละร้านค้า
2. MyCashback ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง จำนวนเงินคืนได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และจะไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงจำนวนเงินคืนที่สมาชิกได้รับแล้ว

- รายละเอียดรายการซื้อสินค้า การเข้าถึงการใช้งานบริการ การรับเงินคืน การถอนเงิน การระงับการใช้บริการ และเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่ MyCashback กำหนด

- บริษัท ทริปเปิลที บรอดแบนด์ จำกัด (มหาชน) (“บริษัทฯ”) จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหาย สูญหาย หรือค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ไม่ว่าจะโดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อมที่เป็นผลหรือสืบเนื่องมาจากบริการ My Cashback หรือที่เกิดจากกรณีมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง เพิ่มหรือลดหรือปรับเปลี่ยนกระบวนการใดๆ ทั้งในปัจจุบัน และอนาคตของบริการ My Cashback รวมถึงข้อจำกัดในการให้บริการในกรณีล่าช้า เหตุเสีย เหตุขัดข้องใดๆ อันเนื่องมาจากบริการ My Cashback ซึ่ง MyCashback เป็นผู้ให้บริการดังกล่าว

- กรณีที่บริการ MyCashback สิ้นสุดลง บริษัทฯ จะทำการแจ้งให้สมาชิกทราบล่วงหน้าผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ ของบริษัทฯ และสมาชิกจะต้องทำการถอนเงินทั้งหมดจากกระเป๋าเงินที่สมาชิกสะสมไว้ ภายใน 30 วัน นับแต่วันที่บริการ MyCashback
สิ้นสุดลง หากสมาชิกไม่ได้ดำเนินการถอนเงินภายในกำหนดเวลา สมาชิกหมดสิทธิได้รับการคืนเงินดังกล่าว บริษัทฯ
ไม่มีความรับผิดชอบใดๆ ต่อสมาชิกเกี่ยวกับการที่บริการ MyCashback สิ้นสุดลงไม่ว่าสมาชิกจะได้ทำการถอนเงินดังกล่าวทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนภายในกำหนดระยะเวลาดังกล่าวหรือไม่ก็ตาม ทั้งนี้ MyCashback แต่เพียงผู้เดียวเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ
โอนเงินดังกล่าวคืนให้แก่สมาชิกในทุกกรณี

- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขเฉพาะส่วนของบริษัทฯ โดยมิแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

 

Terms and conditions for My Cashback Service:

My Cashback Service (Cashback Service) is a service provided by Insite Media Company Limited (“MyCashback”), MyCashback gives special privileges to 3BB customers;

- Exclusive for 3BB customers who redeem 3BB points at 3BB Member Application;

- Redeem 3BB points in the amount of 100 points to receive cash back into your wallet at your own My Cashback Service account, in the amount of 140 Baht;

- Point redemption is limited to one time only per 1 account number;

 

- To access for purchasing through My Cashback Service, the following requirements are required:

1. At least 18 years of age.
2. The member must purchase the products from the partner stores through My Cashback Service only.
3. The member must add products to cart.
4. The member must make the payment completely.
5. The member must have a residence in Thailand.

- Receiving Cashback

1. All purchases must be approved by the ecommerce platform owner.
2. Members who are entitled to receive a refund within 1 day will be able to accumulate money in the wallet, Member’s My Cashback Service account, and can withdraw money immediately after reaching the minimum amount set by the system. If there are items that are disapproved by the ecommerce platform owner, the system will deduct the amount back to the system.  Then your wallet balance can be negative and member accounts will be temporarily suspended.
3. Members who are not eligible to receive a refund within 1 day will be able to receive a refund only after the ecommerce platform owner has confirmed the transaction. Duration for such confirmation around 120 days.

- Withdrawal

1. All money can be withdrawn from the wallet that the member has accumulated to the minimum required amount 150 Baht.
2. All money can be withdrawn from the wallet where the member has accumulated the minimum amount required to your own Bank Account. MyCashback is solely responsible for transferring such money back to the member.
3. Withdrawal fees is subject to the terms and conditions of the bank as specified by the member. The Company shall not be responsible for any fees incurred from withdrawal transactions.

4. Members will receive a refund after the member's withdrawal has been approved by MyCashback within 7 working days.

 

- Suspension of service when the terms are breached

1. Members have a negative wallet.
2. MyCashback's discretion considers that members frequently cancel the order.
3. The member has a tendency to cheat or has bad intention against for the system.

 

- Other conditions

1. The cashback is subject to the terms and conditions of each e-commerce platform owner. The member can check the terms and conditions of each store according to each e-commerce platform.
2. MyCashback reserves the right to change the amount of cash back without prior notice. And there will be no change to the amount of cash back in case that members have already received cash back.

 

- The details of shopping lists, accessibility to My Cashback Service, receiving cashback, withdrawal, suspension of service and other conditions are subject to the terms and conditions as specified by MyCashback.

 

- Triple T Broadband Public Company Limited (the “Company”) shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, or expenses whether directly or indirectly arising or resulting from My Cashback Service or arising from any changes, increase or decrease or modification of the process of My Cashback Service both at present and in the future, including any limitation of service in case of delay or any disruptions caused by My Cashback Service which MyCashback is the service provider.

 

- In case of MyCashback Service is terminated, the Company will notify the member in advance through the Company's channels and the member shall withdraw all money from the wallet that the member has accumulated within 30 days from the termination date of MyCashback Service. If the member fails to withdraw the money within such period, the member is not entitled to receive such money back. The Company shall not be responsible for the termination of MyCashback Service whether the member has withdrawn all or part of such money within the said period or not. MyCashback is solely responsible for transferring such money back to the member in all cases.

 

- The Company reserves the right to change the Company’s terms and conditions without prior notice.
