3BB Reward/Point

3BB Reward is a gift given to customers, where they can redeem their points (3BB Points). 3BB customer can earn point from service fee. Every 25 baht (excluding VAT) is equal to 1 point. Point can be obtained from 3BB activities.

A ตัวอย่างการคำนวณพอยต์จากการชำระค่าบริการรายเดือน 3BB Fiber 1,200 บาทต่อเดือน (ไม่รวม VAT) จะได้รับพอยต์ (1,200 / 25 = 48 พอยต์) โบนัสพอยต์จากการชำระเงินตรงเวลาจะได้รับเพิ่มอีก 5 พอยต์ คือ 48 + 5 = 53 พอยต์

A เงื่อนไขคะแนนสะสม 3BB

– คะแนนสะสม (3BB Points) สำหรับลูกค้าบุคคลธรรมดาเท่านั้น

– สงวนสิทธิ์การสะสมคะแนนภายใต้รหัสลูกค้า 3BB เดียวกันเท่านั้น

– คะแนนสะสมจะถูกยกเลิกในกรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่ได้ใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตของ 3BB แล้วและในกรณีที่เข้ามาใช้บริการใหม่จะต้องเริ่มสะสมคะแนนใหม่

– คะแนนสะสมจะนำเข้าบัญชีของลูกค้าภายใน 2 ชม. ยกเว้นคะแนนสะสมกรณีชำระผ่านช่องทางธนาคารและไปรษณีย์จะเข้าบัญชีของลูกค้าในวันทำการถัดไป

– กรณีลูกค้าได้กดแลกพอยต์สะสมเพื่อรับของรางวัลไปแล้วไม่สามารถแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิกการทำรายการแลกคะแนน ดังกล่าวได้ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ

– กรณีใช้ 3BB Point แลกของพรีเมียมของสงวนสิทธิ์ในการส่งของย้อนหลังหากของพรีเมียมถูกจัดส่งไปแล้วเกินระยะเวลา 6 เดือน บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจัดส่งของให้ใหม่

– บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง เงื่อนไข กติกาของคะแนนสะสมหรือของรางวัลมูลค่าใกล้เคียง โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
