Change the Service Location
Refers to moving from one house to another house. Customers should contact the service center To check the destination service area that can provide service or not.
The starting date of service is counted from the new service agreement. Additional fee for internal wiring and installation equipment cost 420 baht (internal wiring of 320 baht and installation equipment of 100 baht).
Supporting Documents
Individual customers
- Copy of ID card
In the case of a juristic person
- Copy of company certificate (not older than 3 months)
- A copy of the ID card of the authorized director
- VAT registration certificate (Por Por 20)
- All documents must be signed by authorized director and company seal
Remark
The customer must first check the service availability of the new service location before requesting to change the service location
