ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการให้บริการ GIGATV TopUp

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขบริการช่อง บอลไทย รายเดือน ฤดูกาล 2023/24

• Ball Thai subscription is service with monthly fee in addition to regular programs (A La Carte) provided by Thai League Co.,Ltd. In collaboration with the Football Association of Thailand under Patronage of His Majesty the King.
• Reserved for customers who use 3BB GIGATV package as specified only.
• The regular monthly fee of 59 baht (included VAT) will be charged once you have successfully subscribed to Ball Thai through the designated channels and will be charged continuously until the cancellation notice by customer.
• Monthly fee 59 baht (included VAT) for subscription period from August 09th 2023 to June 30th 2024. Customer is entitled to pay monthly fee 59 baht (included VAT) until June 30th 2024 for viewing Ball Thai 2023-2024 Season , FA cup, league cup on channel 900-908. In case the temporarily suspension for using the internet and 3BB GIGATV package occur. Ball Thai monthly fee will also be suspeneded. When the period of temporary suspension of internet service and the 3BB GIGATV package is over.the customer accepts and agrees that the right to view Ball Thai is also subjected to suspension, monthly at a price of 59 baht, the price includes VAT as usual.
• Monthly fee is not included with 3BB GIGATV package fee.
• Ball Thai is subscribed via 3BB Member Application, Call Center 1530 or 3BB Shop. In case of cancellations, customer can process by providing advanced notice through Call Center 1530 or 3BB Shop before the end date of each billing cycle. Ball Thai can be viewed until the end date of such billing cycle.
• Viewing Ball Thai via 3BB GIGATV BOX , website www.3bbgigatv.com or through 3BB application is limited for domestic use and for normal use only. Commercial use or any use that may affect other users of the service is disallowed.
• Support only 1 device per account.
• By applying for viewing Ball Thai, it shall be deemed that the customers agree and consent for using the service of Ball Thai in accordance with other Thai League Co., Ltd. in collaboration with the Football Association of Thailand under Patronage of His Majesty the King terms, conditions and policies.
• Three BB TV Co., Ltd. (“Company”) or 3BB GIGATV shall not be responsible for any damage or loss whether directly or indirectly arising from or as a result of the service of Ball Thai or arising from the event of a changes; increase, decrease or modify any content or processes in the present and future of Ball Thai subscription service, including the restrictions on the service in case of delay or disruptions caused by Ball Thai which Thai League Co.,Ltd in collaboration with the Football Association of Thailand under Patronage of His Majesty the King is the content streaming service provider and right owner.
• The Company reserves the right to amend, change or cancel the details without prior notice, and reserves the right not to refund the service fee that has been paid in all cases.

• สงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะลูกค้าที่ใช้บริการแพคเกจ 3BB GIGATV ตามที่กำหนดเท่านั้น
• ค่าบริการ 199 บาท /ฤดูการแข่งขัน ราคานี้รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มเรียบร้อยแล้ว โดยจะเริ่มคิดค่าบริการเมื่อได้สมัครใช้บริการ บอลไทย ตลอดฤดูกาล ผ่านช่องทางที่กำหนดเรียบร้อยแล้ว
• ค่าบริการ 199 บาท /ฤดูการแข่งขัน ราคารวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มเรียบร้อยแล้ว สำหรับระยะเวลาลูกค้าที่สมัครภายใน วันที่ 15 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 ถึงวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2567 รับชม Thai league ตลอดฤดูกาล 2566-2567 ช่อง 900-908 ระยะเวลาในการรับชมขึ้นกับช่วงเวลาที่ลูกค้าสมัครใช้บริการ ทั้งนี้ ในระหว่างระยะเวลารับสิทธิดังกล่าวหากมีการระงับการใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตและแพกเกจ 3BB GIGATV เป็นการชั่วคราว สิทธิในการรับชมบริการ บอลไทย ตลอดฤดูกาล ย่อมถูกระงับด้วย
• ค่าบริการ ไม่รวมกับค่าบริการแพคเกจ 3BB GIGATV ค่าบริการที่ชำระแล้วไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ แลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินหรือผลประโยชน์รูปแบบอื่นใดได้
• ช่องทางการสมัครใช้บริการผ่านแอป 3BB Member, Call Center 1530 และศูนย์บริการ
• ช่องทางการรับชมผ่านทางกล่อง 3BB GIGATV BOX และผ่านทางแอปพลิเคชัน 3BB GIGATV จำกัดสำหรับการใช้งานภายในประเทศเท่านั้นและสำหรับการใช้งานปกติ ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์หรือการใช้งานใด ๆ ที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อผู้ใช้บริการรายอื่น

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการให้บริการ Next Step Premium Pack

• ค่าบริการรายเดือนช่วงโปรโมชั่นพิเศษ 49 บาท (ยังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) สำหรับลูกค้าที่สมัครภายใน วันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2567 ถึงวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2567 จากราคาปกติ 99 บาท (ยังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) โดยจะเริ่มคิดค่าบริการเมื่อได้สมัครใช้บริการ Next Step Premium Pack ผ่านช่องทางกล่อง 3BB GIGATV BOX หรือเว็บไซต์ 3BB GIGATV หรือแอปพลิเคชัน 3BB GIGATV เรียบร้อยแล้ว และจะคิดค่าบริการแบบต่อเนื่องจนกว่าจะมีการแจ้งยกเลิกบริการ
• ในการสมัครรับชมบริการ Next Step Premium Pack นี้ถือว่าลูกค้าหรือผู้ใช้บริการตกลงและยินยอมการใช้บริการ Next Step Premium Pack ตามเงื่อนไขและนโยบายอื่น ๆ ของ NextStep ด้วย
• บริษัท ทรี บีบี ทีวี จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ“) จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหาย สูญหาย หรือค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ไม่ว่าจะโดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อมที่เป็นผลหรือสืบเนื่องมาจากบริการ Next Step Premium Pack หรือที่เกิดจากกรณีมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง เพิ่มหรือลด หรือปรับเปลี่ยนคอนเทนต์หรือกระบวนการใดๆ ทั้งในปัจจุบัน และอนาคตของบริการ Next Step Premium Pack รวมถึงข้อจำกัดในการให้บริการในกรณีล่าช้า เหตุเสีย เหตุขัดข้องใดๆ อันเนื่องมาจากบริการ Next Step Premium Pack ซึ่ง Next Step เป็นผู้ให้บริการสตรีมมิ่งคอนเทนต์ดังกล่าว
