AIS Cloud PC

  1. The AIS Cloud PC service package is available exclusively to current AIS Postpaid subscribers and AIS 3BB FIBRE3 subscribers, both registered as individual subscribers.
  2. The AIS Cloud PC service package can be used only after receiving a SMS confirmation of the service subscription.
  3. When subscribing to AIS Cloud PC, the Subscriber shall create a username and password following the specified steps. The service will be available immediately upon receiving an SMS or email confirming the successful created username and password.
  4. The Subscriber agrees to use the AIS Cloud PC service and pay the monthly service fee (VAT excluded) according to the service usage period and subscribed package.
  5. The Subscriber acknowledges that AIS Cloud PC service will be automatically renewed on each service usage circle until the 12-month package period expires. When the Subscriber subscribes for the AIS Cloud PC service, it shall be considered that the Subscriber agrees and consents to the Company to automatically renew the service in order to have continuous use to the next period. The Company will send SMS to notify the Subscriber before the usage of package period expires. If the Subscriber does not wish to continue subscription of the service, the Subscriber shall notify the Company to terminate the service before the end of such package period.
  6. If the Subscriber cancels the AIS Cloud PC service before successfully creating a username and password or before the service package period expires, the service will terminate immediately upon completing the cancellation process as specified. The Subscriber agrees to pay the monthly service fee for the subscribed package for the billing cycle during which the cancellation occurs to the Company.
  7. The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that upon cancellation or termination of service according to the terms and conditions, the system will immediately delete the AIS Cloud PC user account that has been canceled or terminated from the AIS Cloud PC system. This action will result in the deletion of all data, files, applications, and software that the User Account, stored, or installed on the AIS Cloud PC system.
  8. If the Subscriber cancels the AIS 3BB FIBRE3 broadband internet service, the AIS Cloud PC Service that has been subscribed to will end.

  1. AIS Cloud PC service means a service of personal computer on the cloud system. This service encompasses various electronic transactions conducted using devices such as desktop computers, laptop computers, tablet computers, specialized computers (e.g.,  Cloud Pocket PC, Cloud Laptop), as well as mobile devices, hereinafter referred to as "PC". The specifications for the Virtual Central Processing Unit (vCPU), Random Access Memory (RAM), and storage utilized for data storage and processing on the AIS Cloud PC system are determined by the promotion package the Subscriber has applied for, as detailed in the Attachment.
  2. Conditions of Service
    1. The Subscriber acknowledges and accepts that the Company shall install only the basic Windows Server 2019 operating system and Application/Software while providing the AIS Cloud PC service in accordance with these terms and conditions, for example: Microsoft Office 365 Personal pre-load  (Microsoft Office 365 Personal license is not included in the AIS Cloud PC service fee), Microsoft Team Personal pre-load (Microsoft Teams Personal license is not included in the AIS Cloud PC service fee), Acrobat Reader,Microsoft Defender, Google Chrome, 7-Zip etc.
      • If the Subscriber wishes to use the additional Application/Software, the Subscriber agrees to procure and install them at its own expense, the Application/Software must be compatible with installation on the Windows Server 2019 operating system.    
    2. The Company agrees to prepare the computer infrastructure for the AIS Cloud PC system to meet international service standards. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by the following cases:
      1. The computer operating system of the Subscriber or any other system beyond the control or responsibility of the Company
      2. The computer program or any peripheral equipment that the Subscriber is responsible for procuring and using to connect to the AIS Cloud PC system according to these terms and conditions.
      3. Force majeure or actions of other persons beyond the Company's control and responsibility according to these terms and conditions.
    3. The Subscriber acknowledges and accepts that if the AIS Cloud PC system is not used for 5 consecutive hours after the last usage, the AIS Cloud PC system and any open Applications/Software will be automatically shut down. This may result in the loss of computer data running on the Application/Software at the time of shutdown. As a result, the Subscriber is responsible for consistently saving computer data while in use. The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any damage or loss of computer data resulting from such incidents.
    4. The Subscriber acknowledges and accepts that the Company shall not be liable for any computer virus-related damage or loss of computer data or Application/Software that the Subscriber installed on the AIS Cloud PC system. To limit potential damage to the Subscriber and other subscribers, the Subscriber agrees that the Company has the right to delete any infected computer data and Application/Software without prior notice to the Subscriber. This action is not considered a breach of the Conditions of Service under these terms and conditions.
    5. The Subscriber acknowledges and consents that if the Company discovers that the Subscriber has provided or claimed incorrect information while applying for AIS Cloud PC service, the Company shall suspend the AIS Cloud PC service immediately without prior notice.
    6. The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the Company has the right to delete any script or program used to browse data in various formats according to the script service provider's set of instructions that the Subscriber has installed on the AIS Cloud PC system if the Company determines that the operation of that script may negatively affect the use of the AIS Cloud PC service by other Subscribers or anyone else.
    7. The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the Company has the right to terminate the Subscriber's AIS Cloud PC service immediately without prior notice and reserves the right not to refund service fees or any other fees already paid by the Subscriber, and to take legal action if the Company discovers that the Subscriber has engaged in any of the following actions:
      1. Sending spam e-mail in the form of spamming (unsolicited e-mail) or in other forms that annoy the e-mail recipient or cause damage to another person or another's computer system
      2. Attempting to access unauthorized sections of the AIS Cloud PC service system or in the other subscribers' accounts
      3. Capturing data sent across the network (sniffing) that used to provide AIS Cloud PC service
      4. Installing third-party programs such as IRC, Eggdrop, Backdoor Shell, Proxy/VPN, Proxy, Bittorrent Client, Bittorrent Tracker, Torrentflux, and others, as well as websites that provide various forms of peer-to-peer services, on the AIS Cloud PC system
      5. Installing Crypto Currency Mining programs on the Subscriber's own server and/or attempting to break into other people's networks, causing damage to others    
    8. The Subscriber acknowledges and accepts that in providing the AIS Cloud PC service, the Company shall not be responsible for creating a computer data backup system for the Subscriber and shall not be liable for damages or loss of computer data. 
    9. The Subscriber acknowledges and accepts that the Company shall store the Subscriber's computer traffic data (Log file) for 90 days from the date  such data enters the AIS Cloud PC system. If the AIS Cloud PC service is terminated for any reason, the Subscriber is responsible for transferring computer data from the AIS Cloud PC system before termination of the service. However, the Company shall not be liable for any damages that happen to the Subscriber if the Subscriber's computer data are lost or damaged from the date of service termination.
    10. The Company agrees to resolve any problems with the AIS Cloud PC service and restore it to normal operation within 24 hours of receiving notification from the Subscriber, for example, Microsoft Windows Server 2019 cannot be accessed in the AIS Cloud PC system due to corrupted Microsoft Windows files, Microsoft Windows Server 2019 cannot be accessed in the AIS Cloud PC system due to AIS Cloud PC system, etc. The resolution of such issues does not include troubleshooting the basic applications/software installed by the Company or any additional applications/software installed by the Subscriber themselves.
    11. The Subscriber acknowledges and accepts that if the Subscriber is unable to access Microsoft Windows in the AIS Cloud PC system due to a damaged Microsoft Windows file, the Subscriber forgets the password for the Windows Server 2019 operating system, or the system has been compromised, ransomwared, or infected with a virus, the Company is required to reset the AIS Cloud PC service to its default settings to enable the Subscriber to resume usage, and some or all of the Subscriber 's data stored in the AIS Cloud PC system may lost.
    12. The Subscriber agrees and accepts that in order to use the AIS Cloud PC service, the Subscriber shall subscribe to an internet or WAN-Wide Area Network service with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps per machine. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the Subscriber being unable to access the AIS Cloud PC service or use it to its full potential,  and the usage efficiency of AIS Cloud PC service abroad is not guaranteed, such usage efficiency depends on the quality of the Internet and Network in that country and the distance between the country where AIS Cloud PC is used and Thailand.
    13. The Subscriber agrees and accepts that the "PC" used to access the AIS Cloud PC must meet minimum standards set by the Company.
      1. In case of use via Software Client for installation on Windows;
        • Windows Legacy Support OS Windows 7,10,11
        • CPU Type Core2Duo, Memory 4 GB, Disk 500 GB
      2. In case of use via Mobile App;
        • Android 7 and above
        • IOS Gen 6th and above 
    14. The Subscriber acknowledges that Window Defender is the primary antivirus software on the AIS Cloud PC system. The Subscriber shall not install Anti-Virus Software or any other personal Anti-Virus Software on the AIS Cloud PC system. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences or damages resulting from the Subscriber's installation of the aforementioned Anti - Virus Software.
    15. The Subscriber shall be responsible for operating to prevent and reduce the risk of cyber threats while using the AIS Cloud PC service.
    16. The AIS Cloud PC does not support the usages that require a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), such as graphics rendering, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Machine Learning (ML), video editing, simulation, and playing games that have graphics or require high frame rates.
    17. The AIS Cloud PC does not support the usages that identify the user’s location with using GPS, such as Google Maps, Google Earth, etc.
