• Customer will receive a redemption in code, barcode, or QR Code

1. Exceeding redemption limit per period.
2. Expired Code / Barcode / QR Code before redemption.
3. Code / Barcode / QR Code has been previously used.
4. Don't have enough 3BB Points to redeem this item.

• If the redemption code has not expired (within 30 minutes), you can check it in the 3BB Member app under the "History" menu.
  

• Please Contact the  3BB Contact Center at 1530 and provide your Customer ID along with details of the privilege you experiencing issues with.

• 3BB Points earned in any calendar year are valid until December 31 of the following year. For example, points earned in 2025 will expire on December 31, 2026, unless otherwise changed.

Terms and Conditions

• Customers are required to give their consent to collect 3BB Points for activities in order to participate in the 3BB Points campaigns.
• 3BB Points cannot be exchanged, transferred to other 3BB Fibre3 account, or redeemed for cash or other privileges.
• Customer has redeemed their accumulated points to receive a reward, the redemption cannot be modified, changed, or canceled under any circumstances.
• The company reserves the right to change terms, conditions, or rewards of equivalent value without prior notice.
